How we work
Getting to know you
Before we start any new website project we need to understand your requirements. We’ll ask all the right questions to help us understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. We need to understand your image, goals, budget, target markets, content requirements and any reference sites. Basically, everything to make the whole process as smooth and as seamless as can be.
We have a plan
With our new found understanding of your needs, it’s time to start planning your website. We will draw up a sitemap, defining pages and how they relate to each other, making sure we are all singing from the same hymn sheet.
The creative bit
With the sitemap in hand it’s time to get our creative juices flowing. We’ll produce sketches and mock-ups showing choices about layout, type size and colour palettes. We’ll review the mock ups together and fine tune them until we have a design you can be proud of.
The techy bit
Then it’s time to lock the doors, close the blinds, dim the lights and turn the coffee machine on, it’s coding time! Your site will be built using the latest html technology, using clean, semantic code. We’ll rigorously test the sites functionality on many different devices, from desktop all the way down to tablets and mobiles.
We have lift off!
Once the testing is over and everyone is happy, it’s time to launch your website onto the world stage. We test your website on many different devices and across all platforms to ensure your site will display correctly no matter what device it is viewed on.
Help is at hand
Our job doesn’t end with the launch of your shiny new website. We offer a selection of support packages designed to give you peace of mind knowing that your website is kept up-to-date, regularly backed up and constantly checked for bugs and hosting downtime.
The results of following our process
“Working in a results driven industry as i do, i am really pleased that my website is getting the results we set out to achieve…user friendly and page one on Google.”Victoria Spalding
